Linking a Google Sheets chart to Google Slides lets your presentation update automatically whenever the source data changes. This four-step process uses copy-paste and the Link to spreadsheet option to keep your charts always in sync.
Steps
- Open your Google Sheets file, click the chart you want to copy, then press Ctrl + C to copy it.
- Open your Google Slides presentation, select the target slide, then press Ctrl + V to paste the chart.
- In the Paste chart dialog box, click Link to spreadsheet, then select OK to insert the linked chart into your slide.
- Your linked chart from Google Sheets will now appear on your slide, connected to the source spreadsheet.
