Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to Zoho Desk, then click the gear icon from the top menu.
2. Navigate to "Integrations" and select "Marketplace."
3. Search for "Zoom" and select "Zoom Meeting for Zoho Desk."
4. Click "Install."
5. Select the required checkboxes, then click "Install.”
6. Select a department.
7. Choose a profile.
8. Hit "Install."
9. Click "Accept" to grant access.
10. Select "Authorize."
11. Click "Create" to finalize the integration.
12. Check the box to allow access, then click "Accept."
