Steps
- Head over to the top menu bar and click the Zendesk Products icon.
- Select Admin Center from the dropdown menu.
- In the Admin Center, go to the left-side panel and click Apps and Integrations.
- Select Zendesk API under the APIs section.
- Click Add API Token at the top-right corner.
- Add a short description for the API token you have just generated.
- Click the Copy button next to the API token to copy it.
- Click Save to confirm and store the token.
