- Log in to Zapier, click “+ Create,” then select “Zaps.”
- Click "Trigger."
- Choose Xero as the trigger app.
- Select a trigger like "New Bill."
- Connect your Xero account and click "Continue."
- Choose the organization you want to monitor.
- Click "Test trigger."
- Click "Action."
- Select Zoho Books as the action app.
