In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to integrate Xero with Zoho Books.

1.  Log in to Zapier, click “+ Create,” then select “Zaps.”
2. ​​Click "Trigger."
3. Choose Xero as the trigger app.
4. Select a trigger like "New Bill."
5. Connect your Xero account and click "Continue."
6. Choose the organization you want to monitor.
7. Click "Test trigger."
8. Click "Action."
9. Select Zoho Books as the action app.
10.  Choose an action like "Create Item."
11.  Connect your Zoho Books account and click "Continue."
12.  Map Xero data to Zoho Books fields.
13.  Click "Test step."
14. Click "Publish" to activate the Zap.
