Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to Zapier and click "Zaps."
2. Click "Trigger" to choose a trigger app.
3. Choose "Wix." 
4. Select a trigger event.
5. Connect your Wix account, then click "Continue."
6. Choose Zoho Forms as the action app.
7. Select an action and connect your Zoho Forms account.
8. Map Wix form fields to Zoho Forms fields.
9. Click "Test step."
10. Click "Publish" to activate the integration.
