1. Log in to Zapier, click “+ Create,” then select “Zaps.”
2. Click "Trigger."
3. Choose Trello as the trigger app.
4. Select a trigger like "New Activity."
5. Connect your Trello account and click "Continue."
6. Choose the board and list to monitor.
7. Click "Test trigger."
8. Select Zoho Projects as the action app.
9. Choose an action like "Create Task."
10. Authenticate your Zoho Projects account to enable secure data transfer.
