The Trello-Zendesk integration lets you link a Trello board to your Zendesk account directly through Trello's Power-Ups menu. Completing the setup takes under two minutes and requires only your Zendesk subdomain and account credentials.
Steps
- Open the Trello board you want to integrate with Zendesk by clicking on it under Your boards.
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the board to open the board menu.
- Select Power-Ups under the Menu tab.
- Search for Zendesk in the Power-Ups directory and click Add.
- Click Settings, then select Edit Power-Up settings.
- Select Link your Zendesk account to begin the integration.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click Authenticate with Zendesk to proceed.
- Select Allow to grant permissions and complete the Trello-Zendesk integration.
