Steps

  2. Click "Trigger" to begin configuring your Zap's trigger step.

  5. Sign in to your Trello account, grant Zapier access, and click "Continue."
  6. Click "Continue" to confirm your Trello connection settings.
  7. Click "Continue with selected record" to proceed with the Trello sample data.
  8. Search and select "Airtable" as the action app in your Zap.
  9. Choose an event under Airtable to define what action will be performed.
  10. Log in to your Airtable account, then click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
  11. Click "Add a base" to link an Airtable base to your Zap.
  12. Choose your workspace or base from your Airtable account.
  13. Select "Grant access" to allow Zapier to connect to your Airtable data.
  14. Complete and customize the required action fields, then select "Continue."
  15. Click "Publish" to activate and complete the Trello–Airtable integration.
