Steps
- Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar of Slack.
- In the search bar, type 'Zoho CRM' and select the Zoho CRM app from the results.
- You will be directed to the Zoho CRM page — click 'Add to Slack' to begin signing in.
- Go to your Zoho CRM workspace and click the gear icon to access Settings.
- From the Marketplace section, select 'All' to browse available integrations.
- Search for 'Slack' in the search bar and select 'Slack for Zoho CRM' from the results.
- Select the 'Activate' button to enable the integration.
- Click 'Add to Slack' to proceed with the connection.
- Select 'Allow' to grant Zoho CRM access to your Slack workspace.
- Once connected, you can automate notifications, share deal updates, and manage customer relationships directly from Slack.
