Steps
- In the Make.com dashboard, click '+Create a new scenario' to start building your automation.
- In the scenario editor, click the add icon, search for HubSpot, and select it as your first module.
- Create a workflow by selecting a trigger for your HubSpot module.
- Click 'Create a connection' to authenticate and connect your HubSpot account.
- Choose a HubSpot account to continue with the connection.
- Select an account and click 'Choose Account' to confirm your selection.
- Click 'Connect app' to complete the HubSpot authorization.
- Edit your scenario by adding the relevant details for your HubSpot trigger.
- Click 'OK' to save your trigger configuration.
- Add Microsoft Teams as your scenario action module.
- Select an action to define what should happen in Microsoft Teams.
- Customize your action settings based on your specific requirements.
- Review the completed scenario — it will now automate communication between HubSpot and Microsoft Teams, enhancing efficiency and response times.
