This guide shows how to integrate Microsoft Excel with Pipedrive using Zapier by creating a Zap that triggers on Excel data and pushes it automatically into Pipedrive. The entire automation setup — from choosing a trigger event to publishing the Zap — can be completed in minutes without any coding.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Create.
- Choose Zaps from the list of options.
- Click Trigger to start the integration process.
- Search for Excel and select it from the suggested results.
- Choose your preferred Trigger Event from the dropdown.
- Click Sign In and log into your Microsoft account.
- Tap Continue to proceed after signing in.
- Fill out the input fields with the required information.
- Tap Continue to run your input and test the Trigger.
- Click Continue one more time to proceed further.
- Search for Pipedrive and select it as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and choose your preferred Action Event.
- Click Sign In and log into your Pipedrive account.
- Click Allow and Install to grant the necessary permissions.
- Provide all the information needed to set up the Action.
- Tap Continue to publish the integration.
- Your Microsoft Excel worksheet is now integrated with Pipedrive instantly.
