This demo walks you through the complete Jira-Aha integration setup, from accessing Workspace settings to enabling the live connection. In under ten steps, you can link a Jira project and board to Aha and configure field mappings so both tools stay in sync.
Steps
- On the Aha main dashboard, hover over your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Workspace.
- In the left-hand panel, click the Add New Integration button.
- Choose Jira from the list of available integration options.
- Enter your preferred integration name in the input field, then click Save and Continue.
- Provide your Jira account credentials — including Server URL, Username, Password, and Password Type — into their respective fields.
- Click Save and Continue to confirm your account credentials.
- Select the Jira Project and Board you want to connect, then click Save and Continue.
- Configure the field mapping between Jira and your Aha workspace, then click Save and Continue.
- Adjust any remaining settings, then click Enable Integration.
- Your Jira workspace is now successfully integrated with Aha.
