The HubSpot QuickBooks integration lets you sync financial and contact data between HubSpot CRM and QuickBooks Online through the HubSpot App Marketplace. Once connected, your QuickBooks data appears under Connected Apps for ongoing management.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for QuickBooks Online in the search bar and select it from the results.
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- In the pop-up that appears, click Connect to QuickBooks Online to initiate the connection.
- Hit the Sign In button to authenticate with your Intuit account.
- Click Connect to establish the live connection between HubSpot and QuickBooks.
- Ensure the appropriate fields are synced between the two platforms.
- Review your settings and click Save and sync to complete the integration.
- Access your QuickBooks integration at any time from the Connected Apps section in HubSpot.
