How to Integrate HubSpot With Pipedrive

Steps

  1. Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
  2. Search for Pipedrive in the marketplace search bar and select it from the results.
  3. Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
  4. In the pop-up, click Connect to Pipedrive to initiate the OAuth authorization.
  5. Log in to your Pipedrive account when prompted.
  6. Grant the required permissions by clicking Allow and Install to authorize the connection.
  7. Once Pipedrive is connected, click Set up sync to configure data synchronization between HubSpot and Pipedrive.
  8. Choose the direction of sync — one-way or two-way — based on your workflow needs.
  9. Map your fields appropriately to ensure data flows correctly between both platforms.
  10. Confirm setup — Pipedrive will now appear under your connected apps in the App Marketplace.
