How to Integrate HubSpot With GetResponse

Use this interactive demo to learn how to connect GetResponse to HubSpot using Zapier.

Quick summary

This guide shows you how to set up a GetResponse HubSpot integration using Zapier to automatically sync contacts between your email marketing and CRM platforms. By creating a Zap, you can eliminate manual data entry and keep both tools updated in real time.


Steps

  1. Search Google for "GetResponse HubSpot Zapier" and select the Zapier link that says Connect GetResponse to HubSpot.
  2. On the Zapier page, browse the available Zap templates that connect GetResponse and HubSpot.
  3. Select the Zap template that matches your specific automation requirement.
  4. Click Try it to begin setting up the selected Zap.
  5. In the Trigger app section, add your GetResponse account to authenticate it with Zapier.
  6. When prompted, locate your GetResponse API key by navigating to your GetResponse account settings.
  7. In your GetResponse account, go to Tools in the top navigation and select Integrations and API.
  8. Navigate to the API tab within the Integrations and API section.
  9. Click Generate API Key to create a new key.
  10. Provide a name for the key for future reference and click Generate again to confirm.
  11. Copy the API key that is displayed on screen.
  12. Paste the API key back into the Zapier pop-up window and click Yes, Continue to GetResponse.
  13. Add and Test your GetResponse Trigger to confirm it is working correctly.
  14. Move to the Action app section and select HubSpot as the destination.
  15. Add or select your HubSpot account to connect it to the Zap.
  16. Select your desired HubSpot account, then Test and Publish your integration to activate it.
