This guide shows you how to set up a GetResponse HubSpot integration using Zapier to automatically sync contacts between your email marketing and CRM platforms. By creating a Zap, you can eliminate manual data entry and keep both tools updated in real time.
Steps
- Search Google for "GetResponse HubSpot Zapier" and select the Zapier link that says Connect GetResponse to HubSpot.
- On the Zapier page, browse the available Zap templates that connect GetResponse and HubSpot.
- Select the Zap template that matches your specific automation requirement.
- Click Try it to begin setting up the selected Zap.
- In the Trigger app section, add your GetResponse account to authenticate it with Zapier.
- When prompted, locate your GetResponse API key by navigating to your GetResponse account settings.
- In your GetResponse account, go to Tools in the top navigation and select Integrations and API.
- Navigate to the API tab within the Integrations and API section.
- Click Generate API Key to create a new key.
- Provide a name for the key for future reference and click Generate again to confirm.
- Copy the API key that is displayed on screen.
- Paste the API key back into the Zapier pop-up window and click Yes, Continue to GetResponse.
- Add and Test your GetResponse Trigger to confirm it is working correctly.
- Move to the Action app section and select HubSpot as the destination.
- Add or select your HubSpot account to connect it to the Zap.
- Select your desired HubSpot account, then Test and Publish your integration to activate it.
