Steps
- Navigate to Settings on the top right of your HubSpot dashboard.
- Under General, find the Email tab and click the Connect button.
- Select Connect personal Email to begin linking your inbox.
- Turn on inbox automation and hit the Connect button to proceed.
- Enter your Email ID to set up your account.
- Click the Connect to Gmail button to initiate the connection process.
- Hit Continue to advance through the authorization flow.
- Choose your Google account from the account selector.
- Allow access to HubSpot to grant the required Gmail permissions.
- Click Download Extension to access HubSpot directly from your email inbox.
- Based on your email client, select the Extension for Gmail or Outlook to complete setup.
