How to Integrate HeyGen with Slack

Integrating HeyGen with Slack allows you to send notifications or updates in Slack whenever a video event occurs in HeyGen.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and go to your dashboard.
2. Click Create Zap to start a new automation.
3. Click Trigger App and choose the app you want to use (e.g., Google Sheets).
4. Search for and select Heygen as your trigger app.
5. Click Sign In to connect your HeyGen account.
6. Log in to your Heygen account, and click Authorize Access so Zapier can monitor your video events.
7. Click on trigger event, and choose an event from the dropdown list, then click the Continue button to proceed with configuration. 
8. Fill in the required fields like event type.
9. Click the Test trigger to verify if it works.
10. Search for and select Slack as your action app.
11. Click Select or Sign in to Slack your account.
12. In the pop-up window, click Allow to grant Zapier permission to post messages in your Slack channels.
13. Click Action Event, select Send Channel Message, then click Continue.
14. Select your Channel, enter your Message Text, and configure the message details as needed.
15. Review your workflow, HeyGen triggers, Slack posts, then click Publish.
