Integrating HeyGen with Notion allows you to automatically log video details or store links in your Notion database.
- Log in to your Zapier account and go to your dashboard.
- Click Create Zap to start a new automation.
- Click Trigger App and choose the app you want to use (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Search for and select Heygen as your trigger app.
- Click Sign In to connect your HeyGen account.
- Log in to your Heygen account, and click Authorize Access so Zapier can monitor your video events.
- Click on trigger event, and choose an event from the dropdown list, then click the Continue button to proceed with configuration.
- Map the Event Type dropdown, select your desired event, then proceed to the next step.
- Test trigger to verify if it works.
- Search for and select Notion as your action app.
- Click Sign in or Select account to integrate with Zapier.
- In the pop-up window, sign in to Notion and select pages for Zapier.
- Click on the action event, and select Create Page or Create Database Item from the dropdown list.
- Start mapping the fields, and click Continue to finalize your action setup.
- Click Publish to activate your Zap and start the automation.
