How to Integrate HeyGen with HubSpot

Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate HeyGen with HubSpot.

Integrating HeyGen with HubSpot allows you to automate actions in HubSpot whenever a video event occurs in HeyGen.

  1. Log in to your Zapier account and go to your dashboard.
  2. Click Create Zap to start a new automation.
  3. Click Trigger App and choose the app you want to use (e.g., Google Sheets).
  4. Search for and select Heygen as your trigger app.
  5. Click Sign In to connect your HeyGen account.
  6. Log in to your Heygen account, and click Authorize Access so Zapier can monitor your video events.
  7. Click on trigger event, and choose an event from the dropdown list, then click the Continue button to proceed with configuration. 
  8. Fill in the required fields, like event type.
  9. Click the Test trigger to verify if it works.
  10. Search for and select HubSpot as your action app.
  11. Click Sign In to connect HubSpot as your action app.
  12. Sign In to your HubSpot account and select the account to integrate.
  13. Click Connect App to authorize Zapier to access your HubSpot account and complete the integration.
  14. Click the Action event, and choose Create Engagement as the action you want HubSpot to perform.
  15. Click Continue, and start the action settings configurations and mapping.
  16. Review your complete workflow to ensure everything is connected properly. then click Publish.
