How to Integrate HeyGen with Canva

Integrating HeyGen with Canva allows you to use your AI-generated videos inside Canva for editing, presentations, or design projects.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and go to your dashboard.
2. Click Create Zap to start a new automation.
3. Click Trigger App and choose the app you want to use (e.g., Google Sheets).
4. Search for and select Heygen as your trigger app.
5. Click Sign In to connect your HeyGen account.
6. Log in to your Heygen account, and click Authorize Access so Zapier can monitor your video events.
7. Click on trigger event, and choose an event from the dropdown list, then click the Continue button to proceed with configuration. 
8. Fill in the required fields like event type.
9. Click the Test trigger to verify if it works.
10. Search for and select Canva as your action app.
11. Click Sign in to connect your Canva account to Zapier.
12. In the pop-up window, log in to Canva and click Allow to grant permissions.
13. Click the Action event, and select any action from the dropdown list.
14. Map the data from HeyGen to Canva fields—this tells Zapier what goes where.
15. Once done with the mapping, click Publish to activate your Zap.
