Steps
- In the GoTo Meeting dashboard, locate the meeting you want to host and click its Start button.
- Review and configure your meeting settings, then click Start My Session to launch the meeting.
- Once inside the session, navigate to the top menu bar and click Chat to open the chat panel.
- Type your message into the chat input field.
- Click the drop-down menu below the input field and select your recipient (e.g., Everyone or a specific participant).
- Review your message and click Send to deliver it.
- Your chat message is now visible to the selected recipients in the chat panel while the GoTo Meeting session continues.
