The GoTo Meeting Outlook integration lets you install the GoTo for Outlook add-in and link your GoTo Meeting account directly from your Outlook inbox. Once connected, you can manage and schedule GoTo meetings without ever leaving Outlook.
Steps
- Open your Outlook email and tap the Apps button.
- Click Get Add-Ins to open the add-in store.
- Search for GoTo for Outlook and select it from the recommended matches.
- Tap Add to install the GoTo for Outlook add-in.
- Return to your Outlook email and click the Apps icon again.
- Select GoTo for Outlook from the available options.
- Click GoTo Integration to configure the connection between Outlook and GoTo Meeting.
- Tap Sign In and log into your active GoTo Meeting account.
- Your GoTo Meeting account is now fully integrated with Outlook.
