To establish a connection between your Google Form and Microsoft Outlook, you must generate a sharing link to bridge the two platforms manually. Here’s a simple guide to do that:
- On your Google Docs dashboard, click the Main Menu (three horizontal lines) and select Forms to view your active projects.
- Click on the specific form you want to connect to your Outlook audience.
- Click on the hyperlink icon, then toggle the Shorten link, and click on the Copy button.
- Go to your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, and click on Outlook from the left side panel.
- Click on the New mail button to compose an email.
- Highlight your event title to make it clickable
- Click on the hyperlink icon to transform your highlighted text into a clickable link.
- Paste the copied Google Form link, and click the OK button to finalize the connection.
