In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through integrating FreshBooks with Zoho to streamline your invoicing and client management and improve business efficiency.
- Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
- Click Trigger and search for Zoho CRM or Zoho Books.
- Select Zoho CRM or Zoho Books as your Trigger.
- Select an event. (e.g., New Lead in Zoho CRM or New Invoice in Zoho Books)
- Proceed to configure how your trigger will capture invoice data.
- Fill the required field, then click Continue.
- Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
- Click Continue to proceed with selecting your action app.
- Search for and Select FreshBooks as your action app.
- Select an action event. (e.g., Create Invoice, Create Client, or Create Payment)
- Click Continue to move forward with connecting your invoicing system.
- Finalize your field mapping before clicking Continue.
- Click the Test step button at the bottom right of the mapping screen.
- In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
