How to Integrate FreshBooks with Toggl

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to integrate FreshBooks with Toggl, allowing you to sync time entries and create invoices effortlessly.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
2. Click Trigger and search for Toggl.
3. Select Toggl as your Trigger.
4. Select a specific trigger event, such as New Time Entry.
5. Click Continue.
6. Map data from Toggl. (e.g., project name, time entry details, hours)
7. Click Continue to verify your trigger is capturing data correctly.
8. Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
9. Select which record to use before clicking Continue with selected record.
10. Select FreshBooks as the action app.
11. Select an action event, such as Create Invoice, Create Time Entry, or Create Client.
12. Finalize your setup, then click Continue.
13. Click the Test step button at the bottom right of the mapping screen.
14. In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
