In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to integrate FreshBooks with Toggl, allowing you to sync time entries and create invoices effortlessly.
- Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
- Click Trigger and search for Toggl.
- Select Toggl as your Trigger.
- Select a specific trigger event, such as New Time Entry.
- Click Continue.
- Map data from Toggl. (e.g., project name, time entry details, hours)
- Click Continue to verify your trigger is capturing data correctly.
- Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
- Select which record to use before clicking Continue with selected record.
- Select FreshBooks as the action app.
- Select an action event, such as Create Invoice, Create Time Entry, or Create Client.
- Finalize your setup, then click Continue.
- Click the Test step button at the bottom right of the mapping screen.
- In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
