How to Integrate FreshBooks with Slacks

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to set up automated Slack notifications for your FreshBooks activity.

1. In your Zapier dashboard, click the Create Zap button in the upper left corner.
2. Click Trigger and locate FreshBooks.
3. Connect FreshBooks as your trigger app to monitor invoice activity.
4. Select which event and account before continuing.
5. Connect your specific FreshBooks account.
6. Confirm your account selection and click Continue.
7. Click Continue with selected record to proceed to the next step.
8. Connect Slack as your action app.
9. Choose what happens in Slack when a new invoice arrives.
10. Click Continue after filling up the Action event and Account.
11. Finalize your Slack action configuration before clicking Continue.
12. Click the Test step to check if Slack receives and displays your automation correctly.
13. In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
