How to Integrate Freshbooks with Notion

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to seamlessly integrate FreshBooks with Notion, helping you automate your invoicing and financial tracking while keeping everything organized in one place.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
2. Click Trigger and search for FreshBooks.
3. Select FreshBooks as your Trigger.
4. Choose the specific trigger event, such as New Invoice or New Payment.
5. Click Continue to move forward with connecting your invoicing system.
6. Click Continue to confirm your stage selection.
7. Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
8. Select which record to use before clicking Continue with selected record.
9. Search and select Notion as the action app.
10. Choose an action event, like Create Database Item, to create a new item (like an invoice or payment record).
11. Connect to your Notion account.
12. Finalize your Notion connection settings and click Continue.
13. Finalize your data source item and click Continue.
14. Click the Test step button at the bottom right of the mapping screen.
15. In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
