In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to seamlessly integrate FreshBooks with Notion, helping you automate your invoicing and financial tracking while keeping everything organized in one place.
- Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
- Click Trigger and search for FreshBooks.
- Select FreshBooks as your Trigger.
- Choose the specific trigger event, such as New Invoice or New Payment.
- Click Continue to move forward with connecting your invoicing system.
- Click Continue to confirm your stage selection.
- Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
- Select which record to use before clicking Continue with selected record.
- Search and select Notion as the action app.
- Choose an action event, like Create Database Item, to create a new item (like an invoice or payment record).
- Connect to your Notion account.
- Finalize your Notion connection settings and click Continue.
- Finalize your data source item and click Continue.
