How to Integrate FreshBooks with Jobber

Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate FreshBooks with Jobber, your business management software.

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to connect FreshBooks to Jobber using Zapier. A middleware tool is the standard way to sync your B2B field service data with your professional accounting.

‍

  1. Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
  2. Click Trigger and search for Jobber.
  3. Select Jobber as your Trigger.
  4. Select which event and account before continuing.
  5. Click Test Trigger to pull in a recent job or invoice to use as your sample data.
  6. Select which record to use before clicking Continue with selected record.
  7. Select FreshBooks as the action app.
  8. Click the Action Event dropdown and select Create Invoice or Create Client.
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Fill the required fields.
  11. Finalize field mappings, then click Continue.
  12. Click the Test step button at the bottom of the mapping screen.
  13. In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
