In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to connect FreshBooks to Jobber using Zapier. A middleware tool is the standard way to sync your B2B field service data with your professional accounting.
- Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
- Click Trigger and search for Jobber.
- Select Jobber as your Trigger.
- Select which event and account before continuing.
- Click Test Trigger to pull in a recent job or invoice to use as your sample data.
- Select which record to use before clicking Continue with selected record.
- Select FreshBooks as the action app.
- Click the Action Event dropdown and select Create Invoice or Create Client.
- Click Continue.
- Fill the required fields.
- Finalize field mappings, then click Continue.
- Click the Test step button at the bottom of the mapping screen.
- In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
