In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to integrate FreshBooks with HubSpot to automatically sync your contacts, deals, and invoices—saving time, reducing manual work, and keeping your sales and accounting perfectly aligned.
- Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
- Click Trigger and search for HubSpot.
- Select Hubspot as your Trigger.
- Click the Trigger Event dropdown and select New Deal.
- Confirm your trigger setup and click Continue.
- Save your data mapping configuration and click Continue.
- Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
- Confirm the sample deal data and Click with selected record.
- Select FreshBooks as the action app.
- Select Create Invoice from the Action Event dropdown.
- Proceed to invoice configuration by clicking Continue.
- Click Continue after completing the Invoice Field.
- Click the Test step button at the bottom right of the mapping screen.
- In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
