How to Integrate FreshBooks with Dext

In this tutorial, we will walk you through integrating FreshBooks with Dext to enable seamless data transfer, efficient expense management, and streamlined accounting workflows.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
2. Click Trigger and search for Dext.
3. Select Dext as your Trigger.
4. Select which event and account before continuing.
5. Click Continue to proceed with the configurations.
6. Identify which Dext account will be used in this workflow.
7. Click Continue to proceed with testing the trigger.
8. Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
9. Click Continue to proceed with building your action step.
10. Select FreshBooks as the action app.
11. Choose an action like Create Invoice, Create Expense, or Create Client.
12. Proceed to map your Dext data to FreshBooks invoice fields by clicking Continue.
