In this tutorial, we'll guide you through integrating FreshBooks with Copper to seamlessly sync invoicing, client data, and project management, improving workflow automation.
- Log in to your Zapier account and select Create Zap.
- Click Trigger and search for FreshBooks.
- Select FreshBooks as your Trigger.
- Select a specific trigger event, such as New Invoice or New Payment.
- Click Continue to move forward with connecting your invoicing system.
- Connect to the specific FreshBooks account you want to monitor, then click Continue.
- Proceed with configuration by clicking Continue.
- Click Test Trigger to run a quick test to confirm everything connects properly.
- Select which record to use before clicking Continue with selected record.
- Select FreshBooks as the action app.
- Select an action event, like Create Contact, Update Project, or Create Opportunity.
