How to Integrate FreshBooks with ClickUp

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to connect FreshBooks to ClickUp to sync your time tracking, manage project budgets, and automate invoicing directly from your tasks.

1. In your Zapier dashboard, click the Create Zap button in the upper left corner.
2. Click Trigger and search for FreshBooks.
3. Select FreshBooks as the trigger app.
4. Select which event and account before continuing.
5. Connect your specific FreshBooks account.
6. Confirm your account selection and click Continue.
7. Click the Test trigger to verify your trigger pulls live invoice data successfully.
8. Click Continue with selected record to proceed to the next step.
9. Connect ClickUp as your action app.
10. Choose what happens in ClickUp when a new invoice arrives.
11. Click Continue after filling in the Action event and Account.‍
12. After running Test, clickPublish located in lower right corner.
