In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to connect FreshBooks to ClickUp to sync your time tracking, manage project budgets, and automate invoicing directly from your tasks.
- In your Zapier dashboard, click the Create Zap button in the upper left corner.
- Click Trigger and search for FreshBooks.
- Select FreshBooks as the trigger app.
- Select which event and account before continuing.
- Connect your specific FreshBooks account.
- Confirm your account selection and click Continue.
- Click the Test trigger to verify your trigger pulls live invoice data successfully.
- Click Continue with selected record to proceed to the next step.
- Connect ClickUp as your action app.
- Choose what happens in ClickUp when a new invoice arrives.
- Click Continue after filling in the Action event and Account.
- After running Test, clickPublish located in lower right corner.
