How to Integrate FreshBooks with Asana

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to create an automated workflow between your accounting and project management tools.

1. Log in to your Zapier account and click the Create Zap button in the upper left corner.
2. Click Trigger and search for FreshBooks.
3. Select FreshBooks.
4. Select which event and account before continuing.
5. Connect your specific FreshBooks account.
6. Click the Test trigger to confirm everything connects properly.
7. Select which record to use.
8. After checking the right record, click continue with selected record.
9. Connect Asana as your action app.
10. Select the right event and account before proceeding.
11. Click the Test step button at the bottom of the mapping screen.
12. In the lower right corner, click the Publish button to activate the sync.
