How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with WhatsApp

You have to have a premium account for Dynamics 365 to be able to integrate with WhatsApp, but you can also avail for a free trial. Here’s how to do it:

1. Access your Dynamics 365 and click the 'Sales' menu.
2. Select 'App Settings' from the options.
3. Go to the 'App Extensions'.
4. Scroll down and look for 'WhatsApp Chat and Instant Messaging' for Dynamics 365. Click on it.
5. Select 'Free trial' to configure message templates and routing rules to ensure conversations land with the right team.
6. Click 'Free trial' to confirm and to test the integration by sending a WhatsApp message and watch it appear in Dynamics 365.
