How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Teams

You can integrate the Dynamics 365 with Teams by enabling the enhanced button. Here’s how:

1. Open your Dynamics 365 and navigate to the 'App Settings'.
2. From the 'General Settings' menu, select 'Chat and collaboration'.
3. To integrate Dynamics 365 with teams, you must enable the linking of records to Microsoft Teams channels.
4. Then, you need to enable the 'Enhanced Microsoft Teams Integration' by toggling the yes button.
5. Once you have enabled the integration, click 'Save' to complete the process.
