How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power BI

Dynamics 365 must allow Power BI embedding before dashboards can appear in CRM. Here is a clear and accurate guide:

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open your Dynamics 365 settings.
2. Navigate to 'Advanced Settings' to access system configuration options.
3. Head over to the 'Administration' section.
4. Click 'Reports' to access the Power BI. 
5. Toggle 'Embed Power BI Visuals' to ON. This enables Power BI content directly in your dashboards.
6. Hit 'Save' to apply your changes and move forward.
7. Return to your Dynamics 365 dashboard and click '+New' to create a new dashboard.
8. Pick a layout that suits your needs and click 'Create' to proceed.
9. Select the section where you want your Power BI content to appear.
10. Click 'Power BI Tile' to start embedding your chosen report or dashboard.
11. Enter the required details: your Power BI workspace, dashboard, and the specific tile you want to display.
12. Once your tile is connected, click 'Iframe' to embed a full Power BI report.
13. Paste the embed URL from your Power BI report, you'll find this in Power BI's 'Share' options.
14. Click 'OK' to finalize and save your integration. You're all set!
