How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Gmail

To integrate Dynamics 365 with Gmail you need to create a server profile for Gmail. Here’s how to do it:

1. Access your Dynamics 365 and open your settings by clicking the gear icon.
2. Once done, click 'Advanced Settings'.
3. Select 'Email Configuration'.
4. Under 'Email Configuration', select 'Email server profile'.
5. Then, click '+New server profile'.
6. Click on the drop down arrow to select an email server type.
7. Select 'Gmail' to set up a server profile.
8. To create a connection, configure the details between your email provider and Dynamics 365.
9. Click 'Saved' to complete the integration process.
