How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Teams

You can integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft teams by using the collaboration feature in Dynamics 365. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open your Dynamics 365 and click 'Sales'.
2. Click on 'Apps Settings' in the left sidebar.
3. Select 'Microsoft Teams collaboration'.
4. Then, hit 'Quick set up'.
5. Inside Dynamics 365, turn on Microsoft Teams chats.
6. Collaborate on CRM records directly in Teams.
7. Click 'Apply' and this instantly links CRM data into Teams.
