How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with Chat Bot

Here’s how to do it:

1. Head over to 'App Settings' in Dynamics 365.
2. Click on 'Partner Apps' to see what integrations are available for your environment.
3. Type 'Chat Bot' in the search bar to quickly find the connector you need.
4. Select 'Conversational AI ChatBot for D365' to kick off the setup.
5. Hit 'Get it Now' to move forward with the integration.
6. Confirm by clicking 'Get it now' again.
7. You'll land in the Power Platform admin center, choose the environment where you want the bot installed.
8. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions before moving on.
9. Click 'Install' and your Chat Bot is ready to go, handling conversations directly in Dynamics 365.
