How to Integrate Dynamics 365 with AI

You can integrate Dynamics 365 with AI by enabling the Microsoft 365 features. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open your Power Platform admin center and go to the 'Manage' section from the side bar.
2. Select 'Environments'.
3. Choose and click your preferred environment.
4. Navigate to 'Generative AI features' and click 'Edit'.
5. Make sure to check the Microsoft 365 services which allow users to use features powered by Microsoft 365 services.
6. Click 'Save' to save the integration.
