This tutorial shows how to integrate Dropbox with Microsoft Office 365 using Zapier by creating a Zap that automatically triggers actions between the two apps. In just a few steps, you can connect your cloud storage and productivity tools without writing a single line of code.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click Create.
- Select Zaps from the list of options.
- Click Trigger to start the integration process.
- Find and select Dropbox from the available integration options.
- Select your preferred Trigger Event from the dropdown.
- Tap Sign In and log into your Dropbox account.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Configure the Trigger settings based on your preferences, then tap Continue.
- Click Test Trigger to run and validate your inputs.
- Click Continue with Selected Record to move forward.
- Find and select Microsoft Office 365 as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and choose your preferred Action Event.
- Tap Sign In and log into your Microsoft Office 365 account.
- Fill out the input fields with the information needed to set up the Action.
- Tap Continue to publish and activate the integration.
- Your Dropbox account is now integrated with Microsoft Office 365.
