This tutorial shows how to integrate Dropbox with Google Sheets using a Zapier Zap, so that Dropbox events automatically trigger actions in your spreadsheet. The entire setup takes just minutes inside the Zapier editor and requires no coding.
Steps
- Head over to the left-side panel and click Create.
- Choose Zaps from the list of options.
- Click Trigger to start the integration process.
- Select Dropbox from the available integration options.
- Choose your preferred Trigger Event from the drop-down menu.
- Tap Sign In and log into your Dropbox account.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Provide the information needed to set up the Trigger, then click Continue.
- Tap Test Trigger to run your inputs.
- Click Continue With Selected Record once the test is complete.
- Find and choose Google Sheets as the Action app.
- Click the drop-down menu and specify your preferred action event.
- Tap Sign In and log into your Google account.
- Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions.
- Fill out the input fields with the required information.
- Click Continue to publish and activate the integration.
- Your Dropbox account is now integrated with Google Sheets.
