How to Integrate Customer.io with Typeform

The direct Typeform integration allows you to capture form submissions as events in Customer.io, which can then be used to create people or trigger automated campaigns.

1. On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Data & Integrations in the left sidebar.
2. Select Integrations from the submenu.
3. Click the Add Integration button located at the top right of the page.
4. Scroll down or search for Typeform in the integration catalog.
5. Select the Typeform template to get started.
6. Copy the unique webhook URL provided on the configuration page.
7. Log in to your Typeform account and hover over the specific form, then click Add integrations.
8. In the settings menu, select Webhooks to configure your connection.
9. Click Add a webhook to create a new webhook endpoint.
10. Paste the URL, and click on Save webhook to activate the connection between Typeform and Customer.io.
11. Ensure the toggle for the webhook is set to On.
