Integrating Canva with Google Drive lets you access and insert your Drive files directly inside any Canva design. The setup takes under two minutes using Canva's built-in Apps panel and a standard Google OAuth authorization flow.
Steps
- Log in to Canva and navigate to the Apps section on the left side of the window.
- Search for Google Drive in the Apps panel and click on it.
- Choose either Use in existing design or Use in new design to proceed.
- Click on the project you want to integrate with Google Drive.
- Select Connect to begin the authorization process.
- Sign in to Google Drive and click Continue to grant Canva access to your account.
- Check the Select all box to grant the required permissions.
- Select Continue to complete the Google Drive integration.
