How to Integrate Calendly with Zoho CRM

Use this interactive demo to learn how to connect Calendly bookings directly to Zoho CRM using Zapier.

This guide shows how to integrate Calendly with Zoho CRM using a Zapier automation so that every new Calendly booking automatically creates or updates a record in Zoho CRM. The setup requires no code — just configure a trigger in Calendly, connect your Zoho CRM account, map the fields, and publish the Zap.


Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and then select Zaps to get started.
  2. Click Trigger to begin setting up the automation trigger.
  3. Search for and select Calendly as the Trigger App.
  4. Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account to connect it.
  5. Enter a Webhook subscription scope for the Calendly trigger.
  6. Click Test trigger to verify the Calendly connection is working.
  7. Select Continue to proceed to the action step.
  8. Search and select Zoho CRM as the action app.
  9. Choose an action event, then click Sign in to connect your Zoho CRM account.
  10. Select your Zoho account domain to authorize the connection.
  11. Click Accept to grant Zapier access to your Zoho CRM account.
  12. After signing in to Zoho CRM, click Continue.
  13. Complete and customize the required fields to map Calendly data to Zoho CRM.
  14. Click Test step to confirm the action is working correctly.
  15. Select Publish to activate and complete the Calendly–Zoho CRM integration.
