This tutorial shows how to integrate Calendly with Flodesk using a Zapier automation, so that every new Calendly booking automatically adds a subscriber to your Flodesk email list. Setting up this Zap requires no code and takes just a few minutes inside the Zapier editor.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to get started.
- Click Trigger to begin configuring the automation's trigger step.
- Search for and select Calendly as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event to define what Calendly action will fire the Zap.
- Sign in to your Calendly account and click Continue to connect it to Zapier.
- Select a webhook subscription scope to control which Calendly events are monitored.
- Click Test trigger to confirm Zapier can receive data from Calendly.
- Search for and select Flodesk as the action app.
- Choose an action event to define what happens in Flodesk when the trigger fires.
- Sign in to your Flodesk account to connect it as the action destination.
- Click Allow to grant Zapier access to your Flodesk account.
- After signing in, select Continue to proceed to field mapping.
- Complete and customize the required fields, then select Continue to finalize the action setup.
- Click Test step to verify the Flodesk action works correctly.
- Select Publish to activate the Zap and complete the integration.
