Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger" to open the trigger configuration panel.
- Search for and select "Asana" as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event under Asana to define what action starts the Zap.
- Sign in to your Asana account and click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
- Select a value under "Workspace / Organization," then click "Continue" to proceed.
- Click "Test trigger" to verify that Zapier can pull sample data from Asana.
- Click "Continue with selected record" to confirm the test data and move to the action setup.
- Search for and select "Google Tasks" as the action app.
- Choose an action event under Google Tasks to define what happens when the trigger fires.
- Sign in to your Google Tasks account and click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
- Complete and customize the required fields to map Asana data to the correct Google Tasks fields.
- Click "Test step" to confirm the action works correctly end-to-end.
- Click "Publish" to activate the Zap and complete the Asana–Google Tasks integration.
