Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.
- Click "Trigger" to begin setting up your Zap's trigger step.
- Search for "Asana" and select it as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event under Asana to define what action will start the Zap.
- Sign in to your Asana account and click "Continue" to authorize the connection.
- Select a value under "Workspace / Organization," then click "Continue" to proceed.
- Click "Test trigger" to verify that Asana is returning data correctly.
- Click "Continue with selected record" to confirm the test data and move forward.
- Search for and select "Discord" as the action app.
- Click to choose an event under Discord that will run when the Asana trigger fires.
- Sign in to your Discord account to authorize Zapier access.
- Select a Discord server, then click "Continue."
- Click "Authorize" to grant Zapier permission to act on your Discord server.
- Check the "I am human" verification box to proceed.
- After signing in, click "Continue" to advance to the action configuration step.
- Complete and customize the required fields to map Asana data to your Discord action.
- Click "Test step" to confirm the Discord action works as expected.
- After a successful test, click "Publish" to activate and complete the Asana–Discord integration.
