Apollo io integrates with Office 365 via Zapier to sync contacts to Outlook, create calendar events, or send emails from Apollo leads. Here's the complete step-by-step guide:

  1. On Zapier's main dashboard, click on Create Zap.
  2. Click the Trigger button, search Apollo, and choose the trigger app.
  3. Connect your Apollo Account by clicking on the Sign In button on the right-hand side.
  4. In the pop-up window, enter the API Key and Name, then click Continue.
  5. To get your API Key, go to your Apollo main dashboard, click 'Settings', then select 'Integrations'.
  6. In the Integrations section, scroll down to locate the API option and click on it.
  7. Click the '+ Create new key' button in the upper-left corner, personalize your API key, then click the Create API Key button.
  8. Copy your newly created API Key and paste it into the pop-up window. Click Done.
  9. Choose a Trigger Event, such as "New Account," and test it to pull in sample data.
  10. Click on the 'Continue' button to finalize your trigger.
  11. Click the Action button, and select Microsoft Office 365 as the action app.
  12. Click Sign in to connect your Office 365 account if not connected.
  13. Choose Create Contact as an action event and map Apollo fields.
  14. Skip Test or run Test Step, then click Publish.
  15. You're all set! New Apollo leads now sync automatically to Office 365 contacts.
