How to Import Coinbase to TurboTax

Here’s how to do it:

1. Open TurboTax and head to the "Documents" menu to get started.
2. Click on the "Linked Accounts" tab.
3. Hit "Add an account" to link your Coinbase.
4. Find and select "Coinbase" from the list of available accounts.
5. Click "Get my form" to kick off the connection process.
6. Grant TurboTax access by clicking "Allow"—it needs this to pull your tax forms.
7. Enable the auto-import button in Coinbase.
8. Hit "Continue" and TurboTax will automatically import your Coinbase tax documents.
9. All done! Your Coinbase transactions are now synced and ready for tax filing.
